Flying Mooger, also known simply as Mooger, is a recurring foot soldier antagonist in the Power Rangers Samurai and Power Rangers Super Samurai seasons. They are created by the primary villain, Master Xandred, from the polluted waters of the Sanzu River, the source of his Nighlok power.

Moogers serve as the primary ground troops for the Nighloks, often deployed in large numbers to overwhelm the Samurai Rangers. They are generally portrayed as unintelligent and easily defeated individually, relying on their numbers to pose a threat. While most Moogers fight on foot, Flying Moogers possess the ability to fly, granting them an aerial advantage and making them useful for reconnaissance or ambushes.

Their distinct appearance features a black and grey bodysuit with segmented armor and a mask that obscures their faces. They are typically armed with swords or spears, which they use in melee combat. Despite their lack of individual strength, Moogers are a persistent nuisance for the Power Rangers throughout their battles against the Nighlok army.
